Apex Venture Group is the wholesale, manufacturing and fulfilment arm of Parfait Tailored Hair. We source and produce custom human hair wigs, bundles, extensions and ponytails for brands, salons and retailers — and we run the quality control, logistics and fulfilment behind them.
Services
Everything between a design and a delivered order
Engage us for the whole chain or any single stage. All work is performed under a written purchase order or statement of work.
Sourcing & manufacturing
Access to our vetted supplier network for human hair wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, extensions and ponytails. We manage supplier negotiation, specification, sampling and production oversight — across Brazilian, Indian, Mongolian and Vietnamese hair origins and all standard textures, lengths and cap constructions.
Quality control & compliance
Pre-production sample approval, in-process monitoring during production runs, and final inspection and certification before shipment. We verify every order against your written specification and against retailer compliance requirements before it leaves the facility.
Logistics & import
International freight coordination, customs clearance and import handling, and distribution to retailer distribution centres or to your own warehouse. Cargo is insured in transit against loss, damage and theft. Tracking and delivery confirmation are provided on every shipment.
Fulfilment & 3PL
Pick, pack and ship for direct-to-consumer orders, including branded packaging, order processing and carrier management. Tracking numbers are issued to your customers on despatch.
Private label & brand build
Custom packaging, labelling and product presentation under your own brand. For partners launching a new line, we can stand up the product range, packaging and supply chain from scratch.
AI sizing technology
Under licence from Parfait Tailored Hair, we provide access to Parfait's AI fit-and-sizing technology, which recommends cap size and fit from customer-submitted photographs. Available to partners operating a made-to-measure or custom-fit programme.
How it works
A predictable, documented process
Enquiry and specification
You tell us the products, quantities, textures, lengths and destination. We confirm feasibility and lead time in writing.
Written quote and purchase order
We issue a quote covering unit cost, service fee, freight and duties. Nothing proceeds until you accept it and a purchase order is executed.
Sampling and approval
For new specifications we produce a pre-production sample for your written approval before any mass production begins.
Production and quality control
Production runs against the approved sample, with in-process monitoring and a final inspection before shipment authorisation. You receive progress reporting throughout.
Shipment and delivery
We handle freight, customs and delivery to your nominated destination, with tracking and delivery confirmation. Typical windows are 7–9 business days for non-custom units and 10–15 business days for custom production. Rush is available on request for an additional fee.
Invoice and settlement
We invoice against the executed purchase order on the agreed terms. Payment is by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or by card where a partner prefers it.
Engagement & commercial terms
How we price and bill
We do not publish a rate card, because pricing depends on product specification, quantity, hair origin and destination. Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work begins.
- Pricing model
- Quoted per engagement. Landed unit cost plus a service fee calculated on purchase order value. Freight, duties and insurance itemised separately.
- Minimum order
- No minimum order quantity.
- Lead time
- 7–9 business days for non-custom units; 10–15 business days for custom production, from purchase order acceptance. Rush available for an additional fee. Confirmed in writing on every quote.
- Payment methods
- ACH or wire transfer to Apex Venture Group LLC. Card payment accepted for deposits and smaller orders.
- Payment terms
- Set out on each purchase order. Deposits may be required on first engagements and on custom production.
- Contracting entity
- Apex Venture Group LLC, a California limited liability company.
